Experience, and breadth of experience – knowing what is needed, when it’s needed and the quickest route to getting it done – is the common factor amongst us. We have worked across fields including the property sector, manufacturing industry, health authorities, local authorities and estates management. Our clients range from international consultancies and developers to sole trader businesses.

Our most prominent skill is to tackle problems; problems that customers don’t realize they have in front of them. For instance, they may not understand they need a specific survey so they can get a planning permission or that they’ve just missed a crucial deadline for presenting a report. The ultimate result? Time lost, costs gone through the roof and a whole lot of stress. With us in the driver’s seat, it never gets to that situation.

Our working style is quite simple. We believe in being open, approachable, available, honest (if we can’t see our way around something, we’ll tell you). We’re happy to work as part of your team or to take over the management responsibility. We don’t offer off-the-shelf packages because every client and every project is different. We look at the situation from the inside-out, understand the problem, look at the options and come up with a solution.
