About Us

A team of professionals and sub-consultants, most of whom have worked in the engineering and construction industries for over 20 years, we include qualified engineers, project managers, designers and architects.
 
Experience, and breadth of experience - knowing what is needed, when it’s needed and the quickest route to getting it done - is the common factor amongst us. We have worked across fields including the property sector, manufacturing industry, health authorities, local authorities and estates management. Our clients range from international consultancies and developers to sole trader businesses.

Our particular skill is to solve problems; often problems that clients don’t realise they have. For example, they may not realise they need a particular survey in order to get planning permission or that they’ve missed a critical deadline for submitting a report. The result? Time wasted, costs increased, frustration all round. With us on board, it never gets to that situation. 

Our working style is very simple. We believe in being open, approachable, available, honest (if we can’t see our way around something, we’ll tell you). We’re happy to work as part of your team or to take over the management responsibility. We don’t offer off-the-shelf packages because every client and every project is different. We analyse the situation, simplify the problem, look at the options and come up with a solution.
